- Executive and upper management are all very approachable and friendly - Flexible work schedule - Ability to work remotely - iconic brand - Great opportunities to learn and grow - For the most part, almost everyone is pretty easy going

Cons

- Compensation DOES NOT match the work - Bad health insurance - Raises do not match performance reviews (you could receive a stellar review but yet only receive a minuscule raise, if that) - Management is good at giving compliments to keep employees happy to work like crazy but do almost nothing in terms of promotion, bonus or pay increase
