Many talented, passionate people working there. Generally a good balance between history and progress on the engineering side.

Cons

The high-level project planning in many cases needs work - not always enough time or resources to do the job. Upper managers can be shifty.

Pay for full-time employees is well above the market rate. Full fledged Union company. Excellent discount on parts and motorcycles.

Cons

Executive leadership blames employees, company once had great leadership, all of it has changed. Poor comunication between hourly and salary. General attitude is negative through out the company.
