      Pros

      Absolutely the BEST culture. Lot of long haired people and jeans, college students (co ops), etc and still a diverse culture. Great, fun, people. Great pay. Job is very fast paced and solutions for problems must be solved in minutes. No time for time wasters or new guys. Changes made in engineering is fast, little resistance, quick changes to improvements.

      Cons

      Meetings are super slow, very disorganized. Don't seem be very serious although it is effective to make changes to improvements. Professional staff dresses down, t shirts and jeans. It should be at least casual. Many tours at the facility and customers see this and may interpret it as not running things seriously.
