      The labor is not hard at all thanks to a growing number of robots

      Cons

      The union is worthless, long time employees are bitter and they should be, it's wrong to ask a long time employee to train me at the job they're doing for half the day

      Pros

      Exciting product. Good bonus plan. Have the opportunity to run major projects and really make an impact. Can take pride in seeing your project out on the streets. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Very beauracratic. Annual review process is very cumbersome and time consuming and doesn't really seem to deal with what you really did throughout the year.

      Work work work work work. 45 - 60 hour work weeks are typical. No such thing as a 40 hour work week.

      Pros

      Vacation/PAY, 20% discount on new products. Union employees are the happiest there. Work with new technology and they build a good product.

      Cons

      Salaried technicians tend to struggle with time working with union employees. Poor planning,R&D tends to put out a lot of fires at the last minute. Review process is a pain and tends to take up a lot of personal time. Upper management forces lower management to jump through hoops and take on upper managers jobs. It's either do the work or quit. Most people that work on the lower level are miserable and hate their jobs.
