      The company does not do much for the employees like they did up until 09, long hours,worries about continual layoffs new hires pay union dues yet don't get representation

      Pros

      Climate controlled manufacturing work environment. Modern equipment and processes throughout the facility. Nice landscaping. Several tornado shelters.

      Cons

      very top heavy. Too many non value added employees. CIS system is not supported. Bonus incentives are managed away. corporate greed is prevalent. Very high staffing turnover.
