      You can where jeans to work everyday, good bonus structure and not micromanaged.

      Cons

      Flat not much room to up. They promote a very competitive environment almost pitting employees against each other. Popularity takes you further than performance.

      Company values are solid and constant driving force for changes. Benefits are good, especially the employee purchase plans. Work life balance is amazing, nobody expects or pushes each other to spend their weekends unnecessarily in the office.
