Its a Union Job! IF you make a full time job the pay is good. The 4 day-10 hour schedule is ok, its nice to have 3 day weekends but that creates other problems with the long hours. They still have a pension plan for Full Time Union Employees.

Cons

The company has gone to hiring Casuals for all production positions, and the likely hood of getting a full time position is very low since they only use the casuals for Seasonal Surges in production. The company plans to outsource some work which will lay full time employees off and make casual to full time employment next to impossible since they will have people on recall lists. Plan to work a lot in the first 6 months of the year with a lot of lay-off days in the 3rd and 4th quarters.

Really can't think of any at this time, before everything happened at harley I would have a lot of pros but now the company just doesn't care about it's employees

Cons

Everything, they look for anything and everything to fire you if you are making any kind of decent money
