      Pros

      H-D is small enough that it is relatively easy to stay close to the big picture of the organization and keep your role connected to it.

      Cons

      H-D can be somewhat "clicky." Also, the stock price is over-emphasized by many in the leadership ranks. A fun con is fielding continual questions from friends and relatives about their motorcycle since you an H-D insider.

      Pros

      Checks don't bounce and they have a good supply of overtime when you need it. Stable as long as you stay out of the politics.

      Cons

      Management is wishy washy and unable to make decisions without seven or eight others on a conferencr call. Then change there mind two hours later and have another conference call to confirm.

      Pros

      Great pay. Coworkers are great to work with. Building motorcycles. If you ride, it's a great feeling to help build someone's bike.

      Cons

      Hiring casuals while laying off permanent employees. This is a horrible practice. Then mandated to work more hours than permanent employees. Morale is low for all employees. Absolutely no benefits. Left out of training for processes.
