      They dont practice what they preach, Poor quality,not a world class company as they think they are supervisors dont do the job right

      people are great ,they take pride in building the the worlds most salt out motorecycle.

      Cons

      there are some management issues shop not balanced , flow of work issues . there are also issues with some of the flex workers not working up to what is needed of them.
