Pros

Harley has great products. Employees as are passionate about what they do as customers are about their Harleys. Truly a great experience!

Cons

Lots of transformation in progress in several areas. Leadership is focused on driving significant change with the challenge of determining how much change the various organizations can sustain at one time.

Pros

Casual environment, lots of work on new and different things. Good people to work with. The company is working to upgrade to new tools and procedures.

Cons

The company is outsourcing IT jobs to and off shore company based in India during a period of "restructuring" of the IT department. Effective at the end of the year they outsourced the support personal. People who handled the day to day functions and support of those functions. People wonder if all of IT may eventually be outsourced.
