Pros

Checks don't bounce and they have a good supply of overtime when you need it. Stable as long as you stay out of the politics.

Cons

Management is wishy washy and unable to make decisions without seven or eight others on a conferencr call. Then change there mind two hours later and have another conference call to confirm.

Very good benefits, although they keep reducing them over time. Strong team collaboration.

Cons

Hard to move up on skills and hard work alone; skills not appreciated. Appreciation only comes from telling or doing what upper management wants, if you can figure that out.
