      Pros

      H-D is small enough that it is relatively easy to stay close to the big picture of the organization and keep your role connected to it.

      Cons

      H-D can be somewhat "clicky." Also, the stock price is over-emphasized by many in the leadership ranks. A fun con is fielding continual questions from friends and relatives about their motorcycle since you an H-D insider.

      Pros

      Worked with the smartest, friendliest, most down to earth people. Supported one of the coolest products. Catered to the best customers. Got to see some of the neatest moments of the company's history over the last 10 years. The company offered a lot of technical training, paid for college, and sent me to some of the coolest events during my tenure.

      Cons

      With some of the coolest events, saw some unfortunate events such as reduction in force, favoritism, mismanagement, lack of direction within my department.
