Laid back, easy going, great customers, great product, good environment.

Cons

Upper management only concerned about their bottom dollar. They have no respect for their employees or their employees personal lives. Very unfair work practices. VERY few benefits. And a handbook that they only follow at their convenience.

Great benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k match. Lots of outsiders think it's cool that you work there. Can check out company owned vehicles for personal use. Modern facility.

Cons

Projects take far too long to develop, and far too many get cancelled after significant development. This becomes quite frustrating since one's work will never see the light of day, and can never be discussed. Too much of an 'old boys club' at the top. Inefficient use of resources such as having far too many software packages. Quarterly reviews very inconsistent between different managers leading to unfair pay increases / bonuses / promotions. Restrictive internet policy. Luxury nature of products lead to vulnerability during hard times.
