Pros

Cool products, brand recognition, work-life balance (minimal work).

Cons

Over half the projects I worked on were cancelled before launch. "Leadership" has never worked anywhere else but HD, refuses to adopt new techniques to improve efficiency. If coming from a larger company, you will be forced to slow down, do less, and not rock the boat. I wouldnt trust HD management to run a dairy queen.
