It became a company where you have poor leadership and strategy. Company goals are always changing. Several reorganizations to justify poor performance.

Pay is ok. Nothing else.

Cons

Management doesn't care. HR doesn't care. Work here and expect to be treated poorly. The Union is worried more about the company needs and wants rather than protecting it's hourly dues paying members.
