Harmonia gives excellent workplace for growth. Customer and the Customer service always come as the top priorities. The decisions are transparnt and are taken after carefull delibiration. They have competitive compensation package. Employees are rewarded for their work. The management is easily approachable. Harmonia has very good medical benifits.

Cons

None that I am aware.

Excellent core values for it's employees and with great benefits. A very friendly and outstanding environment to be working with Harmonia. Always with positive attitude dealing with situations and delivering the needs of the employees. Outstanding and very supportive management. Willing to take extra steps to improve more better and best for it's employees and it's clients needs.

Cons

None so far but keep up the great work and Thank You for being a solid supportive management.

You are given as much responsibility as you want on a project which is great for learning and developing skills. Quality coding is required so you become a better developer. Good benefits and pay. Company is growing quickly even in this tough economy which is good for job security.

Cons

Deadlines are firm due to contract requirements which can be constraining for some people.
