Harmonia is one of the best employer to work for. They are really took care their employees. I worked for almost more than five employer and Harmonia is one of the bed employer to work for and with great employee benefits.

Cons

There is no cons to work with like this company.

Pros

Company management is always available to help when needed. I had a sick child and they allowed me to telework for the time when my child was sick. They work hard but they are very generous with their benefits. They share the wealth. Company provides training so we can further our careers.

Cons

There is no drawback to the work that I have seen so far.

Pros

Exciting place to work - amazing to see how much Harmonia grew in last few years. Lots of talented, smart people to work with. Developers really know a wide range of technologies. Good equipment to work with. I really learned a lot about programming methodologies, especially Agile, which Harmonia does better than any other company I know. The social activities are a lot of fun. The company leadership tries to meet every new employee, which is impressive for a this size company. They are always ready to listen to suggestions.

Cons

The company opened new offices in multiple cities last year, so it can be hard to keep up with the changes. Maybe need a newsletter. But they have big holiday parties across off locations where you can meet people from other offices.
