Harmonia offers many opportunities to continually learn new technologies and pick up new skills. Management really encourages you to improve your abilities and work on projects that make your resume stronger every year. The environment is very dynamic with interesting work coming from clients all the time. The company treats employees well with bonuses, big holiday parties for each region (e.g., entire Westin Alexandria ballroom last month), awards for outstanding performance, etc. Very nice 401k plan with matching and no vesting.

Cons

Last year did not have vision plan, but that's changed in 2015 (new benefits like help with braces for your kids and great benefit for glasses/contacts).

Pros

A very high performance environment with good compensation and excellent benefits. The Federal market is shrinking but Harmonia is growing. That's a testament to the leadership, the management and the company culture!

Cons

With a relatively flat structure personal growth opportunities are limited. That said, if you stick around a few years there will be room. Deadlines are hard.

Harmonia is mid-sized company, however it is fast growing and upper management has clear vision for the future. Work environment is very relaxed. They have competitive benefits and management is friendly with the employees. They organize holiday parties and they have lot of talented individuals working.Although I joined recently,I am extremely happy working here

As they work with the clients, client deadlines are their deadlines and they are short
