Pros

The company pays well and job security is quite good. They seem to continue to pick up contracts and move people around between teams if other contracts are lost.

Cons

Everything is micro-managed from the executive level. There is a constant sense of being watched and judged on a daily basis and the environment seems very sterile. Work can be quite boring due both to the type of contracts and the lack of creative freedom from management. There was nothing cutting edge going on there, just your usual enterprise app development being driven by government entities that were not really sure what they want, but had money to spend.

Pros

They expect performance but they reward you with excellent compensation and benefits. Seems to be growing even despite government budget cuts. Management genuinely seems to care

Cons

Would like to see more personal career growth opportunities but i guess being a relatively small company they can't provide the same opportunities as the bigger companies. But on the flip side there are advantages to a smaller company as well

Pros

The company is working on some really interesting technologies and projects and tries hard to create an environment that fosters innovation. Good benefits and pay is at par with industry standards. Growing like a weed.

Cons

Deadlines are pretty hard at times. As another review noted, the company had some trouble with their HR and payroll management last year and that caused some angst for employees but the company has really worked hard to fix those problems and they are in the past.
