3yThank you for your feedback. As you note, our culture is very important to us- and part of that culture is listening to concerns so we can improve moving forward.
Communication is an essential foundation for Trust! 100% agree with you there. While we do try to communicate policy very clearly- and I think we do a pretty good job of that between regular emails and intranet updates, published Handbooks, and all company calls to discuss policy changes, we do also give our managers autonomy to lead their teams in a way that rewards strong performers and motivates others to improve. We think that autonomy and rewards are almost as important as communication when it comes to building strong teams!
But we do know that no matter how well we do, there is always room for improvement-- so we will take your feedback to heart and continue to work hard to be even better at all that we do!
