Pros

It's a challenging department to run and you are salaried for 45 hours a week, but the shifts go by fast and if you are lucky enough to have/make a good crew for yourself it will be an awesome job. Quarterly bonuses are very attainable and I average about $2500 per quarter in bonus.

Cons

Long hours, if you're at a bigger store your phone is going to be going off with equipment or attendance issues fairly often while you are not on the clock.
