Pros

Great tech, huge case studies, real world cost analysis and business cases with Million dollar value, access to leaders, family style.

Cons

Politics are HEAVY here. Long standing tradition of not promoting. Lack of seats for promotion. Lacking training and 1v1. This is not a place for beginners. Toxic floor on the BDR team (most have limited experience.

Pros

- The company is very transparent and regularly shares progress, goals, and what we're working on as a company - They do listen to our feedback and try to implement changes to benefits, meetings and more every single quarter - Great, smart people! Everyone is not only kind and personable, but also very intelligent and forward-thinking. It makes you want to work harder. - Great benefits overall, especially health and FTO. Additional benefits offered are useful as well. (TGIF-off, Udemy, etc.) - Flexibility with my work schedule as needed

Cons

- They're making improvements, but some GTM processes are a bit all over the place and not always communicated clearly. - Priorities have to be more clearly defined by team leaders, and we have to learn how to plan ahead better. EVERYTHING is urgent... to the point where nothing is urgent anymore and it becomes impossible to manage all of the last-minute needs. - Could do with focusing on hiring for some key support roles to support the scaling customer base better, rather than just revenue-generating roles. - No 401k match yet - Very heavily male-oriented company, though they do try very hard to hire and support women to reach their potential.
