      Pros

      I've been on this rocket ship for almost 7 years and while it's not perfect - the vision has never changed and we're getting closer and closer to the end goal. I love our leadership team and trust them all to take us where we all have dreamt of going.

      Cons

      It's very fast paced so those who aren't used to working really hard won't survive. Everyone that's thriving is will to put in the work to make a difference and it shows.

      -We move quickly, very quickly -Most of the teams are great but be cautious of R&D leadership -A majority of the employees are great -Decent chance of seeing a successful exit

      Cons

      -The startup within a startup approach has flaws -Communication needs improvement -There are certain pockets of leadership that cause more harm than good -The extreme growth comes at the cost of employee burnout
