      Pros

      The CEO has a vision for growth and has been clear about what's needed to get there. The executive team seems to work well together. The employee experience is great considering the size of the company - lots of ways of saying "thank you" for hard work.

      Cons

      The way the company is structured creates silos which create challenges for corporate teams, and will make it hard to scale up. Some of the leaders are so focused on short term results, they are robbing from future growth by not attending to employee needs and also foundational systems and processes upon which to grow. Harness is very male and very Indian/Indian-American.

      There are too many modules and not enough training to be up to speed on how the product works to better assist the users.
