- Proven leaders who have successfully built companies before - Product that works and addresses serious need in the market - Top-level talent in all groups (Sales, Marketing, R&D, etc.) - Employee centric benefits - Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration across all groups

- Remote employees don't have access to the coffee bar : )

Pros

-The vision for Harness is ground breaking. Nobody else in the market is doing this. -The product is phenomenal & improves daily (seriously, the product team is dogfooding Harness & pushing out daily improvements). I've never seen anything like it. -Culture is outstanding. Competitive but still collaborative where everyone is lifting each other up.

Cons

-Small company = add'l responsibility outside of job role. Not really a con but be ready to get your hands in things you may not normally touch in bigger companies.
