      Pros

      If you would like to work with some of the best minds & the most talented group of people on the planet, then Harness is for you. Free Breakfast & Lunches aside, working for Harness should be a dream for anyone in tech, especially those in sales. I have worked for several fortune 500 tech companies and all pale in comparison to the experience I have had with Harness. We work hard, play hard, and enjoy coming into the office - no negative energy to be found here.

      - Not a con, but this is not for people who are not good with change. Change is the only constant at Harness, so one must be flexible and willing to adjust on-the-fly.

      Pros

      Everything you read on other reviews is correct. The company is building an amazing technology that resonates very well in the market. We're using all the latest technologies in order to build a top-notch solution. The team is great- everyone is extremely dedicated and working together in order to help each other to be successful. Also, the environment is very transparent - you can basically ask any question that you want and your voice will be heard.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is that the work is very intense. Time flies during the week!
