Pros

1. Competitive Salary 2. Opportunity for On site collaboration with Team in SF. 3. Working on the best of tech.

Cons

1. Clear favouritism and differentiation in the usefulness of the ideas, depending upon who gives it, instead of the impact it has. 2. Poor Planning, many of things are re-written / churned, just because the initial draft was for demo / MVP. 3. Chant the buzzwords "transparency", "open to ideas", "take time off" so much that it almost sounds true to everyone. 4. Trying to cover the problem, and keep the facade intact, instead of solving the root problem. (You'll see 10 positive reviews, after every negative one. Ever wonder why ?) 5. Too many layers, too many stakeholders. 6. Justifying every damn thing in the name of startup. No, working long hours, weekends, just because we are trying to ship features, is not worth boasting. that's what leads to crap code and employee churn.

Pros

Free lunch, snacks and internet bill.

Cons

Will make you work like a labour. Lot of politics. For growth you just need to be in good terms with so called leaders.

Pros

- Great product and learning scope. There's no doubt that harness is on the unicorn path and there is a lot of scope for learning when you're working on a product which has a very broad spectrum. - Good work culture. Your work is values here, managers make sure to give credit where it is due and appreciate the work done. Ownership is valued here more than anything else, hence there is no micromanagement. This definitely depends on the team that you're working in as is the case with any other company. - Flexible work hours. Keeping in line with the above point, as long as you're taking ownership and responsibility for your work, there's no fixed timings that you're supposed to work in. That being said, it's a collaborative work environment, with multiple time zones and we all respect each other's work timings and make sure to set meetings within reasonable hours. - Management is sensitive towards employees and their concerns. Various initiatives to keep employees engaged and keep the culture alive during the COVID time.

Cons

- Because of cross timezone work, there are some late night meetings. But most teams have worked on solving this issue and have come up with meeting hours together.
