      Good Product and Vision (read cons for but...) and nothing else.

      Cons

      - Everyone here seems to be just focused on appeasing the upper management, no matter what the cost. - Some senior engineerings are not open to ideas from others. It's either their way or the highway. - Management are biased towards some folks and follow their word without even thinking about pros and cons. - They promote transparency for just namesake. - New Employees are asked to give a 5 star rating on Glassdoor just like an Uber driver asks for 5 star rating after the trip

      1. Some learning is there while understanding the product 2. Competetive perks and salary

      Cons

      1. A major part of your work will be in doing manual testing. 2. Very less to NO automation 3. More work pressure you will have to literally chase behind the release cycles (EVERY DAY RELEASE TO PROD HAPPENS HERE) and do a hell lot of manual verification 4. All the effort you put into manual work is totally gone into waste and no recognition for that. 5. All the above points are when I was working, please do consider and reiterate with the mangers and higher-level people on what is the current situation now and think very well before joining.

      They pay well but money isn’t everything

      Cons

      For the pay they expect too much. Very long days, excessive requirements and unrealistic expectations. Always starts with, ‘it will only take a few extra minutes’
