Good projects to work. Helpful colleagues.

Cons

Worst WLB - management knows but nobody admits. Management has lesser experience, to much aggressiveness in delivering features. - ships buggy code rather than testing No Human touch - if you working there, nobody will care for your personal issues. Comp is not par to market standards

Potentially a rising star but the journey won't be easy

Pros

They managed to hire very talented people, so you will have amazing teammates and very experienced management. Sales enablement is run very well.

Cons

The recruitment process was unfortunately fueled by a lot of exaggerations, if not lies. Prospect acquisition is primarily dependent on cold calling which does not work well everywhere. Low conversion rates after the initial meetings, which might indicate that there is interest/curiosity in the products but no burning need in a lot of organizations yet. The CI/CD software space is very saturated, especially for customers who are just trying to cover basic needs.
