Good Oppurtunity and Work Life Balance

- Good growth oppurtunity given that the company is growing well ( just had an excellent quarter given all the fears around US recession ) - Great coworkers. - Work Life Balance is good - We have activities within our teams like Outings/Sports tournaments etc which keep the team bonded

Cons

- Fast Paced - somethings things can change last moment to prioritise business. This is again a side effect of the growth - Some teams have US counterparts which might need working in IST evening hours sometimes
