Pros

Great benefits, laid back atmosphere, friendly environment.

Cons

Pay isn't great at first, people don't leave, hard to grow or get promoted.

Pros

It's the big time. Some good books. Lots of best sellers. Some have the possibility of bonuses. There is a cafeteria on site. Managers urge employees to use it.

Cons

Extreme pressure. Irrational expectations. Lots of overtime. Many are toiling thanklessly in the trenches with little chance to be recognized. It always feels like "never enough."

Pros

The benefits are good. The people are mostly friendly. They try to promote team spirit. Lots of books available to read.

Cons

The pay is not very competetive. There's a lot of traffic in and out of the location. 81 gets backed up often.
