The company focuses on its 10 Core Values and is carried out daily which are positive for both the client and employees. The work environment is flexible and employees are treated as professionals.

Cons

All BUs operate as their own entity and some are small, oftentimes an employee may have to do the work of two people. Not a con to me, but it can lead to burnout.
