The co-workers are friendly, positive, and helpful. I have accomplished a few things already.

Cons

I got hired and they said I would have intensive training and other employees would not bombard me with questions or problems, but that wasn't the case. I had to learn all the systems and am still learning.

I couldn't be happier with my time here at Harris. This team really knows how to build a great work culture. I joined Harris (Picis) not only for their reputation in the software space, but because I heard what a great culture their management provided. I have not been disappointed.
