Not much to be honest.

Cons

A lot of upper management is about pomp and ego. A lot of talk with little to no action. Intelligent and goal-oriented people will become bored easily and will leave because of lack of support.

They have great vacation time and benefits. Salaries are lower than the average.

Cons

Managers don't follow their own culture and values but love the shove that in the face of their employees. No opportunities to grow as they would hire externally rather than look at internal growth. No training or guidance is offered so you are on your own.
