A very good work/life balance and corporate culture. Very inderstanding managers and overall great people.

Cons

Low salary range. Sometimes the team can be too big and standing out can be a challenge but this depends on the indivdual.

It is very focused and growth oriented company. Takes compliance very seriously so that any legal complications don't have a chance. Employees are looked after well. As it has multiple products / services there is always a good chance to grow vertically as well as laterally.

Cons

Because of its size sometimes inter-departmental communication can be slow. Acquisitions may take long time. People of company being acquired may get uncomfortable.
