The best part about working at Harris is that no matter where you start, you'll always have opportunities to grow and try different roles in different markets/industries. If you are ambitious and looking to grow your career, Harris is a great choice for you!

Cons

Although there is all that opportunity, it's my understanding that some good talent gets "lost in the shuffle". It's critical to be assertive in such a large operation and push for what you want to do.
