      - growing company with exciting opportunities for individuals who wants to challenge themselves and grow their careers. - executive leadership group who invests heavily in their emerging leaders, providing many opportunities for their employees to step outside of their comfort zones. - autonomy to provide value: each business unit is allowed to operationally run on their own - which allows creativity for their staff to innovate. - very financially focused and disciplined, ensuring the the organization has longevity. - work life fit focused.

      Cons

      - Needs more headcount in their support groups to accommodate growth of the business. - compensation disparity between roles

      Thank you for the review. Understanding/Learning is one of our core values and we work diligently to provide real life development opportunities to our employees. Another value is empowerment at the point of contact which has been referred to as 'intellectual autonomy'. We do run lean and at time struggle with scale-ability.
