Harris has the right framework to continue growing, developing people and producing dividends. Great place to cut your teeth.

Cons

The extreme discipline comes at a cost. Pay is not great and you have to perform.

Salary maybe, its enough but no work life balance.

Cons

They normalize Micromanaging. Monitor everything. If you hear this company, run immediately. They do not care if you contributed a lot to the company. In a snap they will go and terminate you for unreasonable situation. Termination in this company is frequent. It just normal to them. They do not care. 🙂
