      Pros

      So far (90-days) it has been very good working at Harris. I have plenty of support in getting me integrated into their processes, workplace culture. Everyone has been supportive and friendly. The company is very accommodating, and working 100% remotely gives me flexibility to manage work-life very well. I feel I am more productive and able to focus on my tasks quite well.
