      Pros

      I'm only 90 days in post, but this is a great company to work for so far. Remote work helps with work life balance. Massive shout out to UK HR, they're always checking in at the start of your employment to make sure you're settling in ok.

      No cons, potential employees should expect to work hard to deliver results for their business unit.

      Pros

      I have the pleasure of working for an autonomous and fully decentralized division with all the advantages of a large corporation. The team is of a manageable size. The people are competent and approachable. Our colleagues seem comfortable and always ready to take on a new challenge.

      Cons

      The team's capabilities are limited given the structure of this division. There is much to be done in terms of organization. The products represented are outdated and struggle to compete with today's technologies.
