      Pros

      Harris believes in its core values within all BU's. HR process was automated and simple. Everyone has been responsive and very helpful learning their processes and products. They provide a lot of learning resources and training opportunities.

      Generous vacation time off as well as 5 personal days

      Cons

      Would be nice if we were able to have the flexibility to work 30 hour weeks, for those of us who wish for this.
