      Pros

      PTO Accrual is very good

      Cons

      Company acquires at-risk businesses and tends to cut costs (i.e. staff) to make them profitable. As an employee it wasn't a comforting place for long term job stability.

      We acquire all types of businesses, and have done so for more than twenty years. We do run our businesses profitably as that protects our customers and employees and products.

      Pros

      I work for one of the BU's under Harris and have been here less than a year. The people are amazing!! The work I do is fun and rewarding. The overall benefit package is ok, but could use a review. I have not yet received a bonus, but there is a bonus incentive, rrsp match, and shareholder program.

      Cons

      Having HR and Finance policies/procedures from Harris rather than each BU can sometimes be challenging.
