      Harris has a set of values that guide behaviour. They are more than decor - they are real, lived, and honoured.

      Cons

      None really. It's a software company that is competitive in many industries so there is something for nearly everyone.

      Choose Harris for respect and growth!

      Pros

      Harris has lived values. Respect of the individual being first. I have worked at other organizations where they have a nice set of values but unfortunately, they do not live them within the day to operations. Harris is committed to your growth, and they believe your growth will not only benefit you but the company as a whole. If you know how you want to grow and are committed to working to reach your goals, Harris will happily support you.

      Cons

      Team is wonderful, unfortunately with extremely flexible work arrangements I don't get to see a lot of them in person.
