Pros

The organization that I am in was acquired by Harris Computer a few months ago. I have been very impressed by the culture and leadership style within the company. It is very cool being a part of a company which has a long history of growth - both organically and by acquisitions.

Cons

I do not particularly see this as a con, but Harris does have a focus on minimizing internal costs in administrative areas.

Loving my new career at Harris!

I love working remotely and the extra time I can now spend with my family rather than commuting to and from work.

Cons

I would love the opportunity to spend more in person time with my coworkers and am very thankful for the Corporate event that we recently were able to attend.
