      Pros

      Harris takes the time to ensure, as a new employee, that you feel comfortable in your role, with peers, and with management. You feel included and valued right from day one. Unlimited human resources are provided to answer all your questions, concerns, challenges or for a chat to feel more at home. Since starting I have felt my knowledge and experience has been respected, and my input appreciated. A rare corporate find!

      I have yet to encounter a downside, although I am aware that cons are necessary to prompt improvement.
