Benefits are decent, and they seem to care about their employees more than you would expect from such a large company.

Cons

The 401k contribution only happens once per year, which isn't a problem until it is, but then it's awful having to time your exit and not lose thousands of dollars that most employers contribute monthly.

Great support staff, awesome benefits package both included and additional elections, fantastic HR support services. Resources includ other business units helping with questions and Mentoring. HUGE potential for advancements and ability to move with in business units.

Cons

Integrations are a bit rough. Finance is terrible. Super slow, very cumbersome, transitioning clients to their billing platform was horrific. Operationally do more with less mindset. If you were lean b4 prepare to get leaner.
