      Pros

      Great Work-life Balance as my role is remote. A lof of flexibility towards hours. There is significant autonomy on work done. My team is highly supportive and cooperative and had no issues with communication whatsoever. Overall a great environment to work at!

      Fast paced environment and can be very daunting at first specially for someone who's starting their first job at this company.
