      Harris is very focused on their core values and they should be, they are great. The values are not just phrases displayed on a wall they help guide the actions of their employees. If you embrace them it makes work and collaboration much easier

      Very focused on profitability which can be difficult at times As the company gets bigger it is making changes and restructuring which is an extra burden on all employees
