I'm only 90 days in post, but this is a great company to work for so far. Remote work helps with work life balance. Massive shout out to UK HR, they're always checking in at the start of your employment to make sure you're settling in ok.

Cons

No cons, potential employees should expect to work hard to deliver results for their business unit.

Company culture is very focused on getting the best from employees and promoting work life balance. I feel very supported at both business unit level and group level. Onboarding process very comprehensive. Good benefits package .
