      Pros

      Harris just buys companies and then lets them carry on as they were, so Harris is kind of a misnomer. In this case it was i2 - a great little company before a layer of career managers got hired to erode the place away. Harris has "values" like respect that they are very passionate about when it suits them. They actually seem to believe them (until they want to get rid of you)

      Cons

      They only let you have 10 days off ill per year with pay At i2 the code as utterly absymal, causing them to make lots of redundancies in order to reduce costs. But this is just a sticking plaster... They harp on about the Harris values endlessley, then of course just ignore them when they want to can you

      They allow you to Remote, I have met a few positive people here, but they were not managers,

      Cons

      "Hear Say" can get you fired, if other employee (s) that have been working here a while and complain to management they just fire you. I have seen it happen many times. HR does no investigation or try to litigate to move you to another area to save you as a human being they just agree and move on to allowing you to be fired. Unprofessional managers with tattoos and long beards will judge on the color of your skin and if you have kinky hair,if you know what I mean. They encourage you to get on Glass door as an employee and put out Positive reviews to try and keep up with all the negative reviews, its low pay. Only certain people are promoted the bad ones don't leave your currnt job to get hired here!

      I am not aware of your specific experience I can attest the professionalism of the HR team in dealing with investigation. Respect of the Individual is our number one core value. I am confident that HR and the leadership team looked at all angles of the situation prior to making the difficult decisions.
